Inspired by the name Zoe, which means "life", the designer wanted to instill elements of "life" into the mainstream, classic dull TV consoles. By adding red brick tras to the lacklustre black TV console frames, coupled with the sleek, symmetrical steel legs, the designer added life to the originally dull furnishing piece.
